The idea of the anagram test activity was to guess the word which either represents symptom of either depression or anxiety and the letters are scrambled together.
The words used are tearful, fatigue, headaches, dizziness and numbness. The game was good fun with my course colleagues but it was taking too long to identify what the word is and a lack of preparation did not help either as we left letters out of a word which confused the group. To an addition this made the activity depressing and less exciting, even though our course group enjoyed the funny side of the experiment it might not appeal to our target audience.
